How can you answer the important questions in your life and career?
Survey after survey shows the same thing: people are increasingly unsure about their future because of technology, and volatility in the economy and in politics.
Telleus fuels the flame.
Why do you keep worrying what the future holds?
The same hesitation before a hard conversation. The same conflict, with a new cast each time. The same career doubt, back for another round. You notice it. You can't quite name it. More advice hasn't fixed it, because advice was never the missing piece.
15,000 self-help books are published in the United States each year, yet people feel less prepared than ever.
“Insight is not a lightbulb that goes off inside our heads. It is a flickering candle that can easily be snuffed out.”
Telleus fuels the flame.
"No enemy is worse than bad advice." - Sophocles
Advice became free. It stayed generic. Don't expect good advice from a source that does not know you.
Any AI can hand you a smart answer in seconds. What it can't do is know who's asking. It has no model of the person on the other side of the screen: why this question, what pattern is driving it, what you'll do with the answer.
People used to fall short because they didn't know.
Now they fall short because their guides don't know them.
AI knows the world. Telleus knows you.

I’ve spent 25 years in rooms with Fortune 500 executives and Wall Street traders who hit invisible walls. The pattern is always the same: intelligent, capable people get stuck because they cannot see their own patterns.
Assessment makes the invisible visible. That’s when change becomes possible.
The methodology works. I’ve observed it produce transformation across hundreds of engagements. The limitation was always delivery — individual coaching cannot scale. Technology now enables different delivery models. The challenge was ensuring AI doesn’t sacrifice what makes the methodology effective.
The science behind it
How do we distill the essence of you?

Built on Dr. Popple's experience working with thousands of senior executives, leaders and founders
So how does Telleus really know you?
- Your story is a Behavioral Model.
Telleus builds an individual Behavioral Model that helps you understand your own thinking and navigate your career and life. It lets you see the hidden patterns in your psychology and overcome your gaps. Built on Dr. Popple's experience working with thousands of senior executives, leaders and founders, Telleus tailors its insights and advice to you.
From the assessments alone, Telleus can distinguish more than 1.5 million combinations of scores. It knows your hidden patterns. More importantly, it knows your potential.
- Why it's different from generic AI.
Telleus's personal AI is built on your psychology, preferences, biases and patterns of behavior. That is what distinguishes it from generic AI, which is built on simple conversations or web search.
- Why it's different from a coach.
Your psychology provides context no generic AI can reach through simple questions and conversation, and no human coach can hold between sessions. Built on a deep understanding of you, Telleus improves and evolves as you move through your career and life. Each interaction, each reflection, each assessment refines its advice to your circumstances and, most importantly, to who you are and what you value most.
- The database.

So what does Telleus look like in action for 3 different kinds of people?
The question
"I have to challenge my boss in tomorrow's meeting. What should I do?"
The question
"I have to challenge my boss in tomorrow's meeting. What should I do?"

I have to challenge my boss in tomorrow's meeting. What should I do?
Telleus has learned that you like debate
From your Behavioral Model we know that you are comfortable taking both sides of an argument in order to get to the right answer.
Past scenarios suggest your boss tends to move toward action rather than debating options. To break through, ask your boss to explain the constraint before you present your counterargument.

I have to challenge my boss in tomorrow's meeting. What should I do?
Telleus has learned that conflict makes you uncomfortable
One pattern in your professional career is that you tend to defer to others' viewpoints, even when you strongly disagree, in order to keep group harmony.
Remember that your boss is looking for you to bring your perspective, experience, and data to help her make the best decision. Breaking that pattern is a major advantage, because it doesn't fit how you usually show up, and people listen more closely when it happens. Write the one sentence you need them to hear and frame it with curiosity rather than command. Being clear and curious is not the same as being aggressive.

I have to challenge my boss in tomorrow's meeting. What should I do?
Telleus knows you are analytical and lean toward perfectionism
You are gifted at synthesizing data and information to make a decision, but we also know from your Behavioral Model and past interactions that you sometimes spend too much time perseverating on a decision when you already have enough evidence and know what to do.
Decide the specific outcome you're requesting and state it in the first two minutes.
Coaching must suit the specific person, not just the problem or the conversation. Telleus knows.
Telleus knows.
Every conversation extends the universe of your Behavioral Model.
Within your Telleus account, your story, as told through assessments, reflections and challenges, is your Behavioral Model. Each assessment and reflection expands it. You are dynamic, and so is your model, so it doesn't reset when a conversation ends. It becomes a map to help you navigate toward your goals.
Your central habits and patterns live on the Sphere, your home planet, which you slowly bring into focus and which keeps track of your development.
Built in practice
over decades
Many avoid self-reflection; they fear what they may find. Telleus assessments are for the courageous who know that self-awareness is where greatness starts."
Dr. Dave Popple spent twenty-five years assessing executives before Telleus existed. The assessments were developed and refined across that practice, built to APA standards on established research. They were instruments of clinical work long before they were a product.

"My model for business is the Beatles. They were four guys who kept each other's negative tendencies in check. They balanced each other, and the total was greater than the sum of the parts. That's how I see business: great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people."

Generic AI has no model of your psychology, so it gives everyone similar advice. Telleus begins with something that does not exist anywhere else online: validated assessments. It continues with the coaching insights and techniques that effective coaches keep to themselves.

Do the wealthy and executives deserve better help than the rest?
Limiting patterns are everywhere: in how you handle conflict, make decisions, relate to others, and explain outcomes. Exploring them used to take years, and it worked only for those with resources. Telleus makes that resource available to everyone.
